Middleton Dental Care is proud to offer you our own affordable dental plan. Our plan entitles you to preventative care at no cost, as well as, a savings of 20% on restorative services. We are sure that our Middleton Dental Care Affordable Plan can help you and your family stay healthy.

Our Low Cost Dental Plan

Our plan includes two cleanings per year per person with necessary x-rays and exams. Fluoride for children under 18 is included with the plan twice a year. In addition, we provide 20% off all other dental treatment with no maximum or deductible for the duration of your plan.
