Dr. Nicholas DiMauro
Dr. Nicholas DiMauro has been an integral member of the Middleton dental community for nearly 30 years. He is a graduate of the Georgetown University School of Dentistry & also earned fellowship status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is now retired from the United States Navy Reserve after 22 years of service. His dental expertise is sure to exceed your expectations.

Dr. Kristin Kremer
Dr. Kremer graduated from the University of Connecticut Dental School & completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of North Carolina.
She loves having the opportunity to help people improve their smile, whether it’s fixing a broken tooth or creating an entirely new smile with cosmetic care. She cares about her patients & loves being a part of the Middleton Dental Care team. When she’s not practicing dentistry, Dr. Kremer enjoys spending time with her husband & two daughters.
Dr. D Chang
Dr. Chang is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He completed a two-year General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center & was Chief Resident during the second year. His commitment to exceptional patient care & lifelong learning led him to earn the Mastership Award in the Academy of General Dentistry—a distinction obtained by less than 2% of general dentists in the U.S. He proudly serves in the United States Navy directly supporting & providing care to our nation’s Sailors & Marines.
Dr. Morgan Johnson
Dr. Morgan Johnson graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He specializes in restorative dentistry & procedures using the Millennium PerioLase. His kind demeanor helps patients to feel at ease during their visits to Middleton Dental Care. While not at the office, Dr. Johnson enjoys traveling & is an avid boater, fisherman & diver.
